Using the aid of a variety of tools including: Chairs, Stability Balls, Blocks, Ballet Barre, Wooden Staffs, Straps and more, this class accommodates you and whatever your structural issues may be.
Annette is a graduate of the American Viniyoga Institute, has studied anatomy with Anatomy Trains Tom Myers and Anatomy Trains in motion and understands the function and properties of fascia and its relationship to movement and postural patterns. Annette works with special populations including senior communities and cancer support groups and takes into consideration who is in class and what your body can you do today. No matter your age, size, special health considerations Yes, I Can Yoga can serve you and will always be a true beginner’s class. The pace is relaxed, there is room for questions and exploring just what accommodation best suits you. If you can breathe, then Yes, I can yoga class is for you. Class meets Monday at 12:30 – 1:30 & Saturday Mornings 10 am – 11:00 am. Not ready to make a leap into a class? Annette is also available for private sessions.
Cost: 5 classes for $100.00 – Class is limited to 10 people
Private sessions $50/30 min or $100/hour
