The “SELF-DEFENSE CLASS FOR WOMEN”, is a 2.0 hour class is for woman. You will have hands on training for situations involving inappropriate or aggressive behavior and how to be a “hard target”. You will learn the 6 basic self- defense principles and the four “A” of self-protection. While a favorite strategy of some courses are to “stun and run” and “keep hitting until he is down” that plays right into the hands of “fight like a man”. The fact that male attacker is in the range of your hits means that you are in the range of his hits! We maintain that if you hit a male attacker, most likely he is going to strike you back and his hit will be more violent than yours. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills that will keep you safe from various dangers and confrontations. About your instructor Sandra Aguilera:
