What We Offer For Yoga

We cater to the beginner and intermediate yogi and those trying to become more flexible.  We Love introducing yoga to beginners and those of us that are a little inflexible, have trouble relaxing and finding that inner peace.  Our classes include:  Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yes, I can Yoga, Yummy Yin, Restorative, Slow flow and workshops in Kundalini and Sound Baths!  Come on in and just BREATHE!

Prenatal Yoga Wednesday Nights 7PM – 8:30PM  $15/class

Jen Berg a certified Prenatal Instructor will take you through your pregnancy using yoga techniques specialized to the needs of the pregnant woman. Classes will include practice and skills for trimester-specific yoga techniques such as: alignment for the expectant mother, how to practice yoga techniques safely and relaxation and stress management techniques.
SLO-FLOW + YIN + RESTORE What a beautiful combination to wind you down after a long day.

Ahhh 90 minutes of gentle flowing movement to invigorate the senses and muscles and then drop into YIN postures and feel the juiciness that comes from being still and finally relaxing into restorative relaxation asanas to nourish the body. What could be better?
Yes, I Can Yoga 

A Class designed to allow brand new Yogi’s the chance to be successful in a yoga class.  So, it does not matter if you can or cannot get up and down from the floor – YES, You can do Yoga.  And it doesn’t matter if you are inflexible or  have physical limitations, YES, You can do Yoga too!  /come meet Annette Jones and see how she can get you moving and feeling great!

This class will gently walk the beginning yogi through a variety of asanas and breaking down the postures. The use of blocks and boxes, belts and bolsters allows the client to feel the asanas properly in their body.
Kids Yoga Classes!  Do you have elementary students in grades 1st through 6th that might need a little flexibility work or mindfulness?  Then sign them up for Jen Berg’s Kids’ Yoga classes on Saturday Mornings – $10 /class!

One of more popular classes taking the client from YIN Asanas allowing the client to dive deeper into their connective tissue for incredible and slow release and then finishing up with restorative postures to return the body to a more relaxed state of mind and effort.
