Cyndi George (Cynshine as she is known to family and friends), is the Owner and originally from Indiana although has lived all over the US and Mexico. She relocated to Gilbert with national and international teaching experiences from preschool through University levels. As a former gymnast, dancer, cheerleader & coach, she wanted to build a studio where everyone could feel comfortable and encouraged, to learn how to move with ease no matter their experience, age or expertise. Cyndi takes time to listen to and watch how her clients dynamically move and then takes them from where they are to where they want to be in terms of mobility strength and flexibility.
Her clients have experienced incredible successes and keep coming back. You will find that Cyndi has a unique way of blending Pilates, Yoga, AIS, NKT, MSRT and Reiki disciplines in her practice, which help her clients reach their goals. The greatest compliment is when her students call or text her saying that they are no longer in pain.
I have been having my scars worked on and I am so happy and amazed at the results! I had surgery on my toe years ago and haven't been able to bend my toe since, until now! I also have planter fasciitis on my other foot and haven't had pain since starting treatment. I am on my feet all day and have just worked through my pain. I can now say my pain is gone!
A week ago I hurt my right arm in an exercise class. It hurt so bad, and I assumed I had strained the muscle somehow, but when I went to the doctor I got diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis, which means part of the muscle actually died, which is what caused so much pain. For a week I couldn’t extend my arm past 90 degrees, and it just wasn’t getting better. Then I went in for my first appointment with Cyndi, and I left being able to extend my arm much further, with less pain! That night I slept through the night for the first time in a week! Two days later I came back for my second appointment, and by the end I was able to fully extend my arm! It was incredible. Cyndi is amazing and so gentle with her scar tissue work, and all I had to do was relax on the table while she did her thing. I am SO grateful to have found Cyndi! If you have had any injuries that are causing you pain, I can’t recommend Cyndi enough! She’s top on my list now! After seeing three orthopedic surgeons and being scheduled by the last one to have a knee replacement, a friend of mine told me about Cyndi and the good results she had going to her. I made an appointment and she did the McLoughlin Scar Tissue release technique on me and after the first appointment I could definitely see improvement. I was having trouble straightening out my knee. I went to her for two more sessions and my knee is working good, little to no pain and I can almost completely straighten it out. If the next session works as well as the last ones, I should be able to completely straighten out me knee. Cyndi helped me avoid a knee replacement that I didn’t need. She is a wonderful, caring person who you definitely need to see if you are having pain.
